I was very happy to see my long time and dear friends Junya Shao and LuXiao Ping. Xiao Ping is well known public artist and Junya an expert on creating contemporary Yixing teapots. They have a terrific studio with very unique architecture set in a lovely park. We had a wonderful lunch and a chance to catch up on the last few years since we have been together. It was great to see how well they are doing and the exciting projects they are working on.
